New franchise owners get a full week of training at our corporate office on topics such as:

After training week, a Homes & Land Regional Director will join you in your territory to help you analyze the local market, make sales calls and build your business.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who are motivated, outgoing and hardworking. Candidates with experience in sales, marketing and/or management are preferred.

Successful Homes & Land Publishers get out in their communities to meet local real estate professionals and build mutually beneficial business relationships. They are results-oriented go-getters who regard a franchise as the primary source of income for themselves or a household. Successful Publishers also have good time-management skills and are comfortable with an independent, non-structured work environment and a flexible schedule.

Candidates must have a minimum of $50,000 in liquid capital, and be ready to make a full-time commitment to the business.
