We create a unique experience by making sure our customers don’t just feel like they are ordering another regular pizza. With over 1,962,273 pizza combinations possible, outer space is the limit when it comes to our pizza. Pizza Cat encourages imagination and diversity, with creativity at our core.
BECOMING YOUR OWN BOSS
Gain direct financial results for a hard day’s work. Train others to work hard and one day own their own business. Lead a team of people who care about the store’s shared mission of serving as many customers as possible, exactly what they desire, in a day, every day. You will have the ability to hire others to accomplish the task & pay them a living wage. Have hundreds of customers eating every single day at just 1 store that you own. How cool is that!
OUR FOUNDER
Our founder, Matt the Cat, learned a long time ago that it’s OK to be weird. Weird is subjective, and it usually applies only to things you’ve not been exposed to before. “We mock what we do not understand” and all that.
Weird is personal. Matt’s weird may not be your weird, but it helps to know that – some way, somehow – we’re all a little bit weird. And that’s good!
INITAL TRAINING
New franchisees spend one week in a store where we cover every aspect of their new business, including making the pizza, preparing and serving Pizza Cat prod-ucts, managing inventory and supporting their business through savvy market-ing. Then, new franchisees will attend in classroom training at Pizza Cat in Tole-do Ohio.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
Franchisees spend 40 hours in a store to learn the ins and outs of the business, including how to correctly prepare and serve the brand’s products. Pizza Cat also hosts monthly check-ins to help you meet your goals, to offer assistance and to ensure you have all the tools necessary to improve your business every day.
CONTINUED TRAINING
Every new franchisee receives access to a Regional Director of Operations or Area Developer for check-ins and support as needed. The Counter is there to help you and answer any of your questions.
