How long does it take for Cash Flow?
We've had franchisees get their first hire 2 weeks out of training and franchisees that have taken 2 months or longer to get their first hire. We cannot predict your success but if you follow our proven systems and methods you are likely to succeed.  In general franchisees who follow the system should be experiencing results within 30-90 days.  

What is the Training Program?
We have the most comprehensive and customized training in the franchise industry.  Our training is on-going and starts with 1 week of Virtual Training, 2 weeks at our Training Academy in Maryland to include 1 week of Classroom Training and 1 week of on-the-job experience, 6 weeks of  post curriculum,  3 weeks of daily step-by-step videos, 80-day Daily Recruiting Lesson Program, regularly scheduled Continuing Education Programs, and 24-7 access to additional Training Materials and Video Library. In addition you will receive 6 months of weekly coaching from your assigned coach who will guide you to hitting your performance plan.
