About Us
iOpenHouse is a service that places open house signs for realtors. We are rolling out this service on a nationwide platform and we need your help. We provide you with our proprietary software, training, supplies, marketing materials and your exclusive territory to start and grow your business. From there you turn on the app and see the jobs you have for the weekend.  You map out your sign placement plan and head out to install the signs. After the open houses have concluded you pick up the signs. Monday the funds from the open houses will be transferred into your account.

While you will be in business for yourself, it's imperative that we maintain the iOpenHouse brand. We are very selective when choosing our partners and are looking for motivated individuals that work with integrity. We have a large network of real estate agents and we spend a lot of time and money on marketing to these agents to bring more jobs to our iOpenHouse partners.

STEP 1 - GET IN TOUCH WITH US
Contact us to find out what it takes to become an authorized service provider and whether it is a good fit.

STEP 2 - GET READY
We provide you with our proprietary software, training, supplies, marketing materials and your exclusive territory to start and grow your business. You can be up and running in as little as two weeks.

STEP 3 - YOU SET UP THE SIGNS
You set up the signs in key high-traffic locations at least 1 hour before the Open House start time.

STEP 4 - YOU COLLECT THE SIGNS
Within three hours after the Open House, you return to retrieve the Open House signs.

STEP 5 - YOU GET PAID
You will receive a weekly statement of earnings and get paid!
