Brooks brings restaurant franchise experience to help accelerate growth

Restaurant franchise veteran Jarrod Brooks has joined Huddle House as Director of Franchise Development to help accelerate the growth of our iconic brand across the U.S.
Brooks brings 18 years of franchise and restaurant development experience to the position, including leadership positions with such high profile brands as Quiznos Sub and early lifecycle brands such as tre’za, You’ve Got Maids and ZAGG.
 As Director of Franchise Operations and Development for Quiznos, Brooks helped that franchise brand grow from 400 stores to more than 5,000 nationwide in 10 years, averaging 460 new locations per year. Following his tenure with Quiznos, Brooks helped pioneer concept design, franchise sales and operations strategies for multiple emerging franchisors. Brooks is also a former multi-unit franchisee for Quiznos.

Huddle House has more than 400 restaurants open or under development nationwide, and we are currently in the midst of a plan to significantly accelerate unit growth over the next three to five years. We added another six restaurants (Q1 growth blog link to go here) in the first quarter of 2016.

Golden waffles drenched in syrup, cooked-to-order eggs, crispy hashbrowns and sizzling bacon get them in the doors and keep them coming back.

Typically open 24 hours, Huddle House serves breakfast, lunch and dinner any time of day. Our menu offers a mix of Southern-inspired comfort food, including signature Big House breakfasts, crispy hashbrowns, creamy grits, golden waffles and fluffy omelets, all made to order. Other favorites include Big Bold Burgers, Big House sandwich platters, country fried steak with green beans and marinated grilled chicken with sweet potato fries.
The core values on which Huddle House was founded – serving freshly prepared, quality home-style food in a warm friendly environment that brings the community together – are as true today as they were more than 50 years ago.
