Joe Palka joins Brightway, The Strum & Hite Agency as Producer

Boynton Beach, Fla. (August 9, 2016)— Sales and United States Army veteran Joe Palka has joined local insurance agency, Brightway, The Strum & Hite Agency, as a Producer. Palka brings more than 10 years’ sales experience to his role with the agency. In his new role, Palka will counsel customers on the protection they need and which of the more than 115 companies the agency represents can provide them the greatest level of protection.
The Strum & Hite Agency, at 12361 Hagen Ranch Road, Suite 501, Boynton Beach, opened in 2012 and is owned by Larry Strum who has been providing insurance peace of mind to his friends and neighbors in Palm Beach County for over 40 years. Josh Hite, a financial services and risk management professional, joined the agency in 2015.
The Strum & Hite Agency is in the top 25 percent of all Brightway agencies in terms of sales and in 2015 was named a Platinum Agency by the company to recognize sales achievement.
Palka most recently served as Sales Manager at ADT Security Services where he managed a group of sales professionals and achieved year-over-year sales growth of 10 percent.
He earned his bachelor’s from Lock Haven University and his master’s from Wilkes University.
Palka is active locally in Habitat for Humanity, The Arc of Palm Beach County and Grandma’s Place, a non-profit agency that provides shelter and loving care to children who have suffered abuse or neglect and have been removed from their own homes by the Florida Department of Children and Families.
