Our Story

Founded in 2007 in Chicago, Rōti built its reputation on a fully customizable menu of fresh Eastern Mediterranean bowls, salads and wraps.

Rōti operates 22 corporate-owned locations.

Acquired by Edible Brands in early 2025, Rōti officially launched a national single- and multi-unit franchising program later that year.

The brand continues to innovate with non-traditional formats, including its first delivery-only ghost kitchen, which opened in Smyrna, Georgia, in January 2026.
