Gourmet Nut Franchise, a Delicious, Healthy Alternative at Sporting & Events Centers Nationwide

Dave and Jonathan Doll completed new franchisee training in May 2018. It sure didn't take them long to get some great venues under contract. Starting in June, The Doll family are contracted for the 2018 season at the Toyota Stadium (home of FC Dallas) and Texas A&M - Kyle Field (football).

Dave was able to secure a contract with Toyota Stadium by working with the concessions team at Legends who manages the food & beverage. Rather than hearing it from us, this is what Dave wrote about his experience:

Securing a major venue, such as a stadium, may seem daunting but let me encourage you to trust the excellent training you received. Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX — home of the FC Dallas MLS team was a major venue I had my sights on for the future.

In training they emphasized treating everyone with honor and respect — from event promoters, to other vendors, to health department personnel. This was the key that opened the door to FC Dallas stadium for me.

I heard back from the FC Dallas concessions folks the same day I sent my email. We agreed to meet the following week and I sent them pictures of our set up with some basic information about Totally Nutz. I walked into that meeting with the Operations Manager and the Director of Concessions with my Totally Nutz polo and briefcase. I shared a few more pics, as well as our menu. It took less than 5 minutes for the director to ask if I could start working right away this season! Our first game at FC Dallas is the annual July 4th game with fireworks after the game.
