Sriracha House - Franchise

Founded in 2014 on South Beach, Sriracha House is a contemporary restaurant concept serving fast and healthy Southeast Asian street food. We have had a notable history from the very start voted "Best Noodle Bar” in 2015 by Miami New Times and identified by Zagat as one of the "10 Hottest Restaurants Right Now." This year Sriracha House was listed in the Entrepreneur magazine “Hot Franchises” issue as one of the hottest franchises to own in 2019.

Sriracha House recreates different features of the traditional Asian restaurant into a new and unique fast-casual food service system. Inspired by the street markets of Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, our open kitchen allows customers to inhale the aroma of sautéed garlic and ginger, hear the food sizzle in the wok and watch giant games jump out of the wok burners.

Our menu is designed to serve dine-in customers, as well as delivery and take-out orders. It is on-trend as a healthy alternative within the popular fast-casual segment. Daily in-house preparation is simple – everything is made from fresh, never-frozen ingredients and we never use preservatives or MSG.

The customizable Sriracha House menu is engineered to appeal to consumers of all ages. However, our menu and decor are most relevant is to the Millennial generation. To understand why this is so important, you only need to examine that generation’s pursuits and purchasing power.

Millennials are now America’s most influential generation. According to Accenture, Millennials command more than an estimated $600 billion in annual spending and 3 out of 4 of them would prefer to purchase an experience over a desirable possession. They like trying new flavors, love ethnic cuisine and actively seek out vegetarian and vegan options.

Sriracha House provides our guests with the best of diverse and healthy dining experiences in Pan Asian cuisine. Our menu has  Japanese, Malaysian, Chinese, Taiwanese, Himalayan, Thai, Vietnamese and Mongolian influences and is precisely what Millennials look for in their frequent dining experiences.

The affordable Sriracha House menu offers something for everyone with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo dietary options. It includes made-to-order noodle and rice dishes with signature hand-crafted specialty sauces.

Our use of fresh vegetables and quality meats to create Asian street dishes provides our guests with a wholesome alternative to traditional, less healthy fast food options.  While alcoholic offerings will vary by location, we typically feature a selection of Asian and local craft beers, wine and sake.  We also carry a selection of non-alcoholic beverages including a large variety of Bubble Tea options, as well as sodas.

Much like our menu, our hip and cool restaurant design wows our guests with a look reminiscent of a busy street in Bangkok, Manila or Hanoi. There are lighted signs hanging from the ceiling, cement flooring, long benches and patterned stools with communal tables.

Sriracha House’s primary move is to make your local enterprise both profitable and fun. We are prepared to share all of the knowledge, training and support necessary for you to exceed all of your personal expectations.

We will work directly with you as well as your store management to demonstrate how to effectively operate a highly efficient 1000 - 1500 square foot restaurant.  Our easy operational model has limited ingredients, simple food procurement and basic preparation. Our restaurants have no need for a highly experienced chef, and the restaurant can be run with 2-5 employees per shift.
