WHAT TO EXPECT
When you become a SoCom franchise and you start preparation for opening your doors part of that preparation will be your initial training. You will spend 6 intense days in training focused on running your SoCom restoration franchise. We will focus on management systems that will create the foundation for the growth of your business.
We will cover marketing and the opportunities that will be available to you to increase your sales and drive that growth. We will go over water damage and fire damage restoration to give you the technical knowledge you need to go out a do the work performed your company.
This will give you the jump start you need in the new industry that is before you. But don’t think that you are on your own after that. We have continual training that goes on through the year and help is always just a phone call away. We will be there to tackle all of the challenges that come with growing your business.
A DAY IN THE INDUSTRY
As a new SoCom restoration franchise, in the beginning you will wear all the hats. Our focus will be on building you company, start small grow big is our philosophy. We have a heavy focus on management and marketing.
As your day starts you will evaluate your current resources and give direction to your team seeing that work in moving forward and clients are being taken care of. You will shift you focus on to contact and those relationships that drive your referrals and workflow. You will spend time meeting with adjusters, and professionals as you over see and direct jobs.
You will meet with homeowners work on billing and oversee and train your team. As you grow more and more of your day will be the management and marketing of your business. We will provide you the tools to organize and direct your team allowing you the ability to work on your business and not in your business. We help you focus on the importance of planning and setting goals as you lead you company to more success.
