Ox Strong Moving started when University of Florida student Zach Kielbasa turned a college side job into a mission. After repeatedly seeing the moving industry's worst habits — hidden fees, broken belongings, careless service — Zach built a company on a simple idea: move clients from stressed and unsure, to relaxed and happy. That principle became our mission. In under five years, Ox Strong grew from a single truck to multiple corporate and franchise territories across Florida, earning more than 3,000 five-star reviews across all markets it entered. We were also named the #1 fastest growing moving company in the U.S. by the Inc. 5000. Our signature pink branding is not only memorable, but also personal: it honors the founder's mother and grandmother, who both battled breast cancer.

Training & Support

New owners complete an intensive week of on-site training at a corporate location, covering every role in the business — branding, marketing, crew and truck management, hiring, safety, accounting, and client success. Each owner also receives access to a library of 800+ training videos and a dedicated franchise business coach for pre-opening, ramp-up, and ongoing guidance.
