KGF is the only franchise that is focused 100% on wholesale real estate. We provide franchisees with all leads: cash buyers and suppliers. Franchisees do not need to spend money on marketing, we have that covered. We have a limited number (653) of franchise licenses available. Our systems and training allow you to run a franchise on your own and to scale into an enterprise. Our company is faith based and is passionate about supporting charities as a way to give back and lend a hand to those in need.

No Real Estate Experience Needed
While having a basic understanding of real estate wholesaling is a plus, it is not a requirement. If a candidate has business experience or franchising experience, our training can fill in the gaps. 

Our History
KeyGlee was founded in 2016 and first franchised in April of 2020. There are currently over 60 Franchisees across the United States, thousands of successful transactions, and countless satisfied clients. 

Training
Prior to launch, franchisees will receive a combination of online and in person hands on training at our corporate office in Tempe AZ. KeyGlee provides our franchisees with extensive training and knowledge of the wholesale real estate industry. Franchisees go through an onboarding process to learn the ins and outs of how we do business.  Each franchisee is assigned their personal Franchise Specialist who will continue to provide coaching and mentorship as they grow.
