He has over 38 years of professional experience leading in uncertain environments, in planning and training, and in assessing and managing risk. He was a successful manager in fast-paced retail and not-for-profit organizations. He knows the struggles of trying to launch a new business, and that there are individual and family decisions in making a career transition. 

Mike’s experience will enable him to assist you in assessing and understanding your unique position and business desires, planning and organizing your steps, and provide you unbiased information with honesty, integrity, and respect.
