Junk King, the nation’s top-rated junk removal and hauling company, announced the addition of Chris Scallan, David Meacham and Ryan Buckles to its corporate team, as Franchise Business Consultants.

The three new hires will utilize their extensive franchise experience to introduce new initiatives that help franchise owners transform their daily operations and in turn increase sales for the overall success of each Junk King location.

Scallan started his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, learning the fundamentals of growth and employee development for more than eight years. He then became a general manager at MAACO Collision Repair & Auto and joined Servpro as a Franchise Business Consultant for another eight years. “I’m excited to be a part of the Junk King team and having the opportunity to work with the franchise partners in helping them take their businesses to levels they never thought possible,” said Scallan.

Prior to Junk King, Meacham owned and operated a San Francisco based business for 18 years, securing its success from a startup to a multi-million dollar business in five short years. Meacham also held the role of Regional Director for Coverall Mountain and Pacific, growing key accounts including Tesla and Solar City for the company. “With my new role at Junk King, I’m looking forward to meeting the faces that run the businesses and finding new ways to grow their business,” added Meacham.

Coming from a long career in franchising, Buckles brings nearly 10 years of industry experience from his work with a variety of brands under Strategic Franchising Systems. Buckles has maintained the role of Franchise Business Consultant at previous companies and will bring his wide range of management knowledge to Junk King.
