Training 

The majority of our owners didn't have prior industry experience, and many have not owned a business before. Our owners will focus their efforts on managing & marketing their business, not doing the production work. We've developed a detailed two-week training program conducted by our professional training staff, many of whom were with Minuteman Press since its beginning. In training we assume two items, you don't have any previous background in printing and you've never run your own business before.

Ongoing Local Support

Something that makes Minuteman Press very unique in franchising is the continuing local support that we provide to our owners. We have established one of the largest support teams in franchising. Setting up regional offices strategically located across the United States. Each one of our regional offices is staffed with a Regional Vice President and field staff to assist our owners on a local level. Their goal is to provide assistance in virtually all aspects of running a successful business and show our owners how to build their franchise.
