California Crisp Café was established in 1979 with the mission to provide delicious, healthy food made to order, using fresh ingredients, in a fast service format. We have grown to fourteen stores located in regional shopping centers and food courts that span from San Diego, California to Portland, Oregon.

Our menu features savory sandwiches and our signature specialty salads, which are assembled and tossed to order with delicious house made dressings. Our wraps are made with fresh lahvosh and our panini sandwiches are served on freshly baked ciabatta. Both are served with our famous jumbo potato chips that are made on the premises to complete the perfect meal.

FRANCHISE FEE TABLE

• Minimum Financial Requirements: $150,000 - $200,000 (liquid cash)
• Experience: Previous Restaurant Experience Preferred or Partner with Restaurant Managerial Experience
• Multi-Unit: Single and Multi-Unit Development Programs Available
• Development Fee*: $10,000 per store
• Franchise Fees: $30,000 per store (includes Development Fee)
• Total Estimated Initial Investment**: Low $250,000 – High $1,200,000 – Depends of the size of the Restaurant
• Royalty Fee: 5% of Gross Sales
• Franchise Agreement: 10 years, plus two additional 5 year terms (if in good standing)

• California Crisp Café and Franchise Partner(s) explore desired territory
• Once a site is found the Franchise Partner must submit a Real Estate Package to California Crisp Café
• Franchise Agreement is signed and fees are paid
• Build out of the restaurant begins
