Founded in 2005 by an emergency room physician seeking a more efficient, affordable, and personable system for patients in need of urgent care, Doctors Express walk-in medical clinics has begun its franchise development and will now be sweeping its way across the country as America's first nationally branded urgent care center.

Much like an emergency room, Doctors Express is a full "4-stage urgent care" facility with doctors on staff. We provide state-of-the-art treatment for acute illness, trauma, and sports injuries (including minor surgical procedures) and even have an on site x-ray service and in-house pharmacy. Pre-employment physicals, drug screening, and treatment of work-related injuries are also available to local employers.

• Expert guidance on site selection based on comprehensive demographic studies, and complete center build-out specifications using our ultra-modern established designs.
• Advanced back-end systems and exclusive software for patient charting, insurance claims, payroll, collections, and all other business functions.

The initial investment for a single Doctors Express franchise is approximately $400,000 (or $225,000, if approved for our equipment lease program). This includes our $55,000 franchise fee.
