HOW THE BUSINESS WORKS List For Kids™ waives its listing commission fee and instead, homesellers pay a small administrative fee to a List For Kids™ franchisee and then donate 1% of their sales price directly to an aligned nonprofit charity, church or school of their choice. Our franchisees can establish a profitable and fulfilling business, homesellers can save thousands through reduced real estate commissions and tax deductible donations to children's charities, and the charities can receive substantial contributions from a new source of donors. Homebuyers, whether purchasing an existing home or building a new home, also have an avenue to help children through List For Kids™

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is a successful entrepreneur, who enjoys high levels of public recognition and is motivated by helping children and families in their communities. Franchisees must be a licensed real estate broker or have extensive experience in the real estate industry or a related business such as mortgage, real estate insurance, construction or real estate development, and affiliate with an existing real estate broker. We will provide you with everything else you will need to get your business up and running.
