The Kickin' Flips is a children's mobile fitness
program specializing in the instruction of sports fitness, gymnastics, karate fitness and tiny tumbling. These classes are conveniently taught at preschools, after school programs, and children’s recreation centers. Our 30-minute children’s classes are designed to appeal to parents and to satisfy preschool’s need for meaningful and quality athletic programs.
With our mobile fitness program, you are part of the child’s school experience and, because of this, you can operate the program on a full or part-time basis. You are free to set your own schedule and your own hours because you teach each class just once a week. Since you don’t need a fixed location and can be operating from your home, within a short period of time after training, you will receive immediate cash flow.

Research has found that children spend very little time exercising vigorously and people who work with young children rarely encourage them to take part in gross motor activities even though fitness is vital to good health.
