Upon our franchise development team receiving your completed questionnaire form we will call you to answer any initial questions and then expedite our UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) along with marketing materials to you for review. For more than 5 years now, Hanakai has been hiring and training high school and college students, and recent graduates, to create our sushi under our system standards. Under our proprietary system, we broke many traditional norms that are associated with sushi creation, while maintaining high quality standards in food and taste.

4. Do I need an expensive sushi chef to help me run my restaurant?
That is the beauty of the Hanakai concept. For years we have been employing high school and college students to prepare sushi and our other food items.

5. How good is Hanakai's sushi versus sushi from another small sushi bar?
Our sushi is as good or better than most as our products are far more consistent. In addition, we use the same high quality products as other high-end sushi bars. Our national purchasing power allows you to buy the same product day in day out to ensure consistency.

6. Is sushi the only item on the menu?
Our menu is quite extensive, and includes items such as hamburger dishes, chicken nuggets and other selections to suit everyone young and old, sushi connoisseur or not. Bottom line, we are a family restaurant.
