Would you like to own a full-service, carryout or a dine-in restaurant facility? Whichever way you want to go, we can accommodate you, because we can offer you two expandable concepts to choose from.
The Carryout Concept
The Ed & Joe's carryout concept offers an outstanding carryout and delivery business. Delicious pizzas are the mainstay offering, but most other menu items are also available, including appetizers, sandwiches, pastas and house specialties.
Ranging in size from 750 to 1,000 square feet, the carryout facility has a spacious area for customer ordering, waiting and pickup. Orders are placed, processed and rapidly filled, with our computerized, state-of-the-art, point-of-sale system. The modern, spotlessly clean kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line deck ovens, which bake pizzas more evenly and thoroughly than conveyor ovens. Just off the kitchen is an area where delivery drivers can conveniently pick up their orders. The carryout concept can be expanded to include catering and/or dine-in facilities.
The Dine-In Concept
Ranging from 4,500 to 6,000 square feet, the Ed & Joe's dine-in unit is
a spacious, full-service restaurant, with a well-stocked bar. It features our full menu, with a heavy focus
on our delicious, well-known pizza selections.
With charming décor, this attractive facility fosters an environment that is warm, comfortable, friendly and
"homey." It consists of a stand-alone building with ample seating, including outdoor seating on a covered porch. Tables and chairs are of rich, dark wood, as are the cozy booths that line the walls. Adding to this rustic feel is a copper-coated tin ceiling, from which are suspended charming, old-fashioned ceiling fans. The walls in the dining areas are painted in deep, rich colors and are accented by attractive wainscoting. There is also a private room for business meetings and private parties.
The lounge features a beautiful cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, and an attractive bar, featuring draft beers, cocktails and excellent wines. On certain evenings, live, acoustic music is played in the lounge, and it can be heard throughout the entire restaurant, enhancing the fun, friendly atmosphere of dining at Ed & Joe's.
 Separate from the dining and
lounge areas is a carryout and delivery section. It has its own entrance
and a window for placing orders, while the dine-in concept also features a catering business, which offers many menu items, for private parties.
The dine-in concept can be expanded to include additional dining space and private meeting rooms.

- Comprehensive Training. You'll be trained in all aspects of our business operations and procedures, including our superb recipes and food preparation techniques. You'll learn our highly effective administrative, office, sales, and computer software and marketing procedures. You'll also receive excellent on-the-job training at our flagship restaurant, as well as training at your own restaurant, prior to, during, and after your Ed & Joe's grand-opening.
- Operations Manual. This is your very own guidebook, containing your daily operational procedures, as well as the exciting recipes and food preparation techniques you'll use, in an easy-to-follow format. It's an invaluable tool, one that will help you keep your Ed & Joe's Restaurant & Pizzeria running smoothly and efficiently . . . for years to come.
- Site Selection. We'll provide you with guidelines for the location of your Ed & Joe's Restaurant & Pizzeria.
- Marketing Support. We'll supply you with attractive, highly professional consumer marketing and advertising materials, as well as newsletters, coupons and promotional ideas that you can implement in your market. We'll show you how to utilize effective publicity to help you gain outstanding visibility. And remember, the live music you'll be providing will be an excellent promotional vehicle, in and of itself.
- Ongoing Service and Support. We're always available during business hours to answer your questions and address your needs. As a valued member of our franchise network, you'll receive outstanding business advice and support. And you'll be visited, on a periodic basis, by an Ed & Joe's field representative.

term relationship-oriented; display maturity, sound judgment and stability, and possess high standards of excellence, honesty, and integrity. This can be an ideal opportunity for husband and wife teams with business skills, and for those with line management experience, preferably in the food service industry. Former restaurant experience is a plus but is not required.
