The Environmental Protection Agency, USA, regulates storm water run off thru the Clean Water Act by issuing National Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems Permits (NPDES). The permit requires that off property discharge of Storm water to be clean. Water falling under this permit would be rain water, snow melt, sprinkler water, water from cleaning, or any other water that would exit the property.

After a huge development in business revenue, Superior Wash started franchising and developing areas outside of the state of Florida, where we operate 9 offices and employ over 100 people dedicated to truck and fleet washing throughout the state.

We’ll Need
Your hard costs to get started is $34,000. This consists of our:

  1. $18,500 Franchise fee
  2. $15,500 Equipment package (+$1000 trailer pkg.)
  3. Franchisee will be also required to obtain a Ford F350 or F150, or have their own truck, and/or choose our trailer package.

The equipment package and a new truck are financed through our Ford Fleet department. We also have equipment leasing companies that will lend the $15,500 and truck cost. The $18,500 is due upon signing of any franchise agreement.
