The Expetec solution offers mobile on-site, high-level technology services to commercial, small business and consumer customers. This includes computer break/fix, outsourced IT services, retail information systems (POS) services, web design and hosting services, and networking. Our Field Technicians are outfitted with the latest testing and diagnostic equipment available.

Initial start-up costs range from $8,100 to $9,500for equipment. The initial start-up costs include the franchise fee of $6,500.
Training is conducted at the E-Institute, a state-of-the-art-training center at the company's corporate headquarters in Aberdeen , SD. You will receive two weeks of initial training in a program that was profiled in the May/June 2003 issue of “Franchising World” magazine. This covers financial management, customer relations, call center procedures, communications, local marketing, operations analysis, technical training, and scheduling. Continuing education is conducted via online programs, quarterly newsletters, the annual convention, and manufacturer certifications.
Continuing support is provided through E-Net, the Expetec online franchise support system; local marketing and promotional materials; national customer service call center; management advisory services; quarterly newsletters; toll-free franchisee support line; preferred vendor program; industry certification training; and much more. The company currently has 151 service locations in 30 states. An aggressive growth plan will add another 100 units per year for 2004 and 2005, bringing the total to more than 300. |
