A Rent-A-Wreck franchise can work as both an add-on business or a stand alone operation. Training

Rent-A-Wreck is committed to providing franchise owners the best training available. A new franchise owner's introduction to

the Rent-A-Wreck franchise system begins with the Rent-A-Wreck Basic Operations Training conducted over a five day period at company headquarters in Laurel, MD. This program introduces new owners and their managers to the various facets of operating a Rent-A-Wreck franchise, including operations, standards, human resources, administration, accounting, advertising and marketing.

Further training is conducted on an ongoing basis both in the form of regularly scheduled webinars, at company sponsored state, regional and national meetings, and at individual franchise locations. new franchise owners are assigned an Area Development Manager who is responsible for developing each location to its fullest potential. Each Rent-A-Wreck ADM has at least 20 years of experience in the car rental industry.

Advertising and Marketing

The Rent-A-Wreck advertising Fund has been established to pool the advertising fee payments from each franchise in order to further brand recognition and business development for the franchise system as a whole.

Our advertising and marketing team will be available to offer guidance and resources for you advertising and marketing needs. Also available to you at no charge will be our Yellow PAges advertising consultant, who will offer unbiased information on telephone directories and demographics to assist franchise owners in this important advertising decision.
