After completing
the intensive four week in store training at the training center
in Atlanta, Georgia, the franchise operator is well prepared to
serve customers. Prior to your store opening, extensive training
involving classroom instruction combined with in-store hands-on
experience prepares the franchise operator to effectively and efficiently
manage a store. Training covers customer service, food preparation,
delivery techniques, sanitation, marketing, and administration.
Plus, a member of the training team will work side-by-side with
you during your opening week. We also offer training manuals and

Steak-Out
marketing provides support to franchise operators with marketing
training classes during the training process as well as marketing
assistance in opening the first store. Additionally, Steak-Out assists
in developing grass roots local store marketing programs targeted

and creating demand in limited delivery areas. Menus, doorhangers,
