When Uptown was sold in July of 2002 our president believing that the company and its concept had a bright future bought New York Subs Franchising Corporation (now New York New York Franchising, Inc.). Since that day the company's focus has been to offer in our restaurants the best New York Style Hot subs and fresh made Gourmet Sandwiches that money can buy. Since the very beginning, our team of seasoned veterans has been committed to building this organization into one of the nations premiere players in the specialty sandwich industry.
