Zero's Subs Sandwich Franchise Information:
|
|
| ZERO'S HISTORY
In 1967, Gene Schmidt started ZERO'S SUBS. He wanted to build a chain of sub shops that offered an alternative approach to fast food. His approach was simple; hot oven-baked submarine sandwiches, made to order with quality ingredients and a level of service that would become ZERO'S SUBS banner of excellence. In 1969, Gene was joined by his cousin, Martin Palacios, and his brother, John Schmidt, who shared in Gene's belief for high quality, friendly service and outstanding value.

ZERO'S SUBS is proud of over three decades of successful, prosperous business and continues to make changes to reflect the changing times and trends. We are looking to the future by implementing an aggressive franchise program. This might be the personal financial independence and success you have been looking for! Q. WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE ZERO'S OVER OTHER SUB SHOPS?
- GREAT TASTING HOT OVEN BAKED SUBS
- Quality product and service
- Commitment to franchisees
- In business since 1967
- Proven system
- Protected territory
Q. WHAT KIND OF FRANCHISES ARE AVAILABLE?
A. Single-Unit Franchises, as well as Area Development contracts for 3-5 store exclusive territories are available. Contracts are individually negotiated for your territorial needs.
Q. WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR THESE FRANCHISE OPTIONS?
A. The Initial Franchise Fee for an individual unit is $15,000 payable with the signing of the Franchise Agreement which is due on or before the start of construction of the restaurant. In addition, the financial requirements for a new Zero's facility are shown in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. The Area Developer pays $15,000 for his/her first franchise and a 50% deposit for each additional franchise business to be developed. All these fees are non-refundable and considered earned by the franchisor. As new locations are opened, the remaining 50% due for the Franchise Fee are then paid.
