We began in 1979 when Danny and Carol Wheeler opened the first Pizza Factory restaurant in Oakhurst, California. Ron and Joyce Willey opened the second Pizza Factory in Mariposa, California. Their reputation for quality pizzas, simplicity of the concept and median cost of the operation grew. Starting the franchise in 1985, the company has now grown to 120 Pizza Factories world wide.

We offer delicious homemade, hand-tossed pizza with only quality ingredients and toppings. We also serve pasta, calzone, deli sandwiches, salad bar, sodas and beer & wine. Our signature dough and spices are the "secret" to our award-winning pizzas.

Today, we have 112 units in the United States and 8 in China and are seeking U.S and International Expansion. In addition, we are listed every year in Entrepreneur Magazine's Top 500 Franchises and Pizza Today Magazine's Top 100 Franchises. Full training and continued Corporate support are offered to all approved franchisees as follows:

TRAINING

- 325 hour training course provided at a Pizza Factory training facility.

- Opening support provided by your Pizza Factory training crew.

- On-going support provided by our field operations and marketing services team.

MARKETING

- Advertising materials for print and electronic media advertising.
