W.C. Garth Snider, President
Mr. Snider has served as President and General Counsel in January 2004. Prior to his current position Garth served as outside counsel to Ad Engine and was instrumental in the formation of the company in 2000.
From 1998-2003 Garth practiced commercial litigation for the law firm of Griffin Cochrane and Marshall. Garth joined Griffin Cochrane and Marshall after having founded a company that provided legal services under a contract with the State of Georgia. Prior to attending law school, he worked at NationsBank in the Trust Operations department.
He holds a BBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Georgia, and a J.D. from Emory University.
Alison S. Glassman, VP Sales
Ms. Glassman was named VP Sales, Ad Engine, LLC in September, 2006, after having served the company since February, 2001 in the position of Marketing and Production Director.
Alison first joined Ad Engine, LLC in 2001 after 2 years in the publishing business with Jezebel Magazine and Atlanta Sports and Fitness Magazine. She holds a B.A. in English from Emory University.
William H. Otte, Controller
Mr. Otte has been controller for Ad Engine since the inception of the company. He was part of the group that started Ad Engine’s flagship site, Franchise Opportunities.com, in 2000.
Matt Biskup, Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Biskup has been the Chief Marketing Officer since early 2007. Matt assists Garth Snider in setting AdEngine's marketing and market positioning strategy and manages the tactical deployment of SEO, SEM, web analytics, graphic design and email communications for the AdEngine properties.
Prior to Ad Engine, Matt worked as an online business growth and marketing consultant from 2000 through 2007. In the late 1990's Matt worked as franchising Director of Quality for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Matt has been involved in franchising since 1990 when he first became a franchisor as the developer of the A.J. Barnes Bicycle Emporium franchised chain of bicycle retail stores. Matt sold his business in 1998.
Salim S Notta, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Notta was promoted to CTO in August 2006 for Ad Engine LLC after working with the company for 5 years as a Sr. Systems Engineer. During his time at Ad Engine LLC, he was the lead architect for Ad Engine’s core modules and utilized his expertise in authoring various mathematical algorithms to devise intelligence for systems such as leads generation engine, leads scoring /matching and lead distribution systems.
Salim joined Ad Engine LLC in January 2001 as a Web developer. He earned Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Management from Georgia State University.
Joel Gooch, Creative Director
Mr. Gooch was named Creative Director at Ad Engine in January of 2007 after spending the previous 4 years with the company as a Senior Designer in the Marketing and Production department.
Joel joined the company in 2002 after receiving his Masters degree in Information Design and Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
